Charity merchandise with 5% off.
Apply for 5% off charity merchandise in the UK. Compare fundraising t-shirts, tote bags, badges and banners, check eligibility and prepare your order.
Whether you need clothing for volunteers, badges for an awareness campaign or printed products for a fundraising event, start with how the merchandise will be used. Choose items your team or supporters need, then compare quantities, artwork and current prices.
The 5% charity discount is available after verification. It does not remove product-specific minimum quantities or guarantee a particular delivery date. Confirm the chosen specification and discounted price in your quote before ordering.
No charity number or unsure whether your organisation qualifies? Email sales@promoharbour.co.uk before submitting. We can discuss the brief without assuming discount eligibility.
Build a practical shortlist around your audience and budget. Each product has its own options, quantity tiers and artwork requirements; check the current listing rather than assuming every item has the same minimum or turnaround.
Plan quantities by garment size and colour, and choose the logo positions your team needs. Check the individual size information before ordering mixed sizes.
Use a clear logo or short message on badges and tote bags. Consider who will receive each item and how it will be distributed at your event or campaign.
Give a stall or reception a readable message with a roller banner. Confirm the available display space and keep essential text clear at viewing distance.
List the contents and quantity of each pack, plus any versions or separate delivery addresses. Confirm packing and delivery costs as part of the complete quote.
List the quantities you expect to use, including each design version. For fundraising stock, balance the unit price against the total amount you can commit; a larger run is not automatically a better choice if items are left over.
State the date the products must arrive, not just the event date. Allow time for artwork checks, approval, production and courier delivery. Ask for confirmation before relying on an urgent schedule.
Supply a PDF or high-resolution PNG and use the template for your chosen product. Keep logos and essential text away from cut edges, and simplify detailed designs for small print areas such as badges.
If you include a donation link or QR code, check the destination and test the code at its final printed size. Review names, campaign dates and contact details on the proof before approving production.
