Collating (also called kitting or bundle packing) means we print several items, pack them together into one pack per person, and send them out to as many addresses as you need. Charities use it for fundraiser and volunteer thank you packs, and businesses use it for welcome kits and event packs.
What is a collated merchandise pack?
A collated pack groups several printed items into one ready-to-give bundle. A typical charity pack is a printed t-shirt, a personalised thank you card and a branded pen, packed together for each supporter.
Instead of receiving boxes of t-shirts, cards and pens separately and packing them yourself, everything arrives already put together, so your team or volunteers save hours of work.

Many collated jobs go to more than one place: individual supporters, regional branches, shops or event venues. Send us a spreadsheet of names, addresses and what each person should receive (for example their t-shirt size) and we will match each pack to its address.
Free delivery covers one UK mainland address. Extra addresses are charged per drop, and we include this in your quote so there are no surprises.

What can go in a collated pack?
Choose items from the current All Products range, such as t-shirts, pens, notebooks, tote bags and keyrings. Tell us the quantities and packing requirements so we can confirm feasibility and price.
Can each pack have a different t-shirt size?
Yes. Add the size for each person on your delivery spreadsheet and we will pack the correct size into each bundle.
Can you deliver to lots of different addresses?
Yes. We can send packs to individual supporters or split the order between branches and venues. One UK mainland address is free; extra addresses are quoted per drop.
