Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions for ordering custom printed promotional products from Promo Harbour — pricing, artwork, delivery and liability.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Promo Harbour website and the purchase of products from Promo Harbour. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All prices are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, though confirmed orders will be honoured at the quoted price. An order is confirmed once we have received payment and sent you an order confirmation.
You are responsible for providing artwork in a suitable format. We will supply a digital proof before production begins. Once you approve the proof, you accept responsibility for any errors in design, spelling, or colour. We recommend checking proofs carefully before approval.
Lead times are estimated from the date of proof approval and payment, not from the date of order. While we make every effort to meet stated lead times, they are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
You confirm that any artwork, logos, or designs you provide are owned by you or that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use them. We accept no liability for any intellectual property infringement arising from artwork supplied by you.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our products or services. Custom products may have slight variations in colour from screen to print.
Printed and manufactured items will vary in appearance from what you see on your screen. Colours displayed on monitors, tablets and phones depend on screen brightness, calibration, colour profile and ambient lighting, and cannot be relied on as an exact match to the finished product. Natural variation also occurs as part of the print process - including differences between print runs, colour drift on textiles and other absorbent materials, tolerances in CMYK, sublimation, DTF, screen and digital printing, and small shifts caused by material colour, finish, coating or batch. Physical products, garments and print substrates may also vary slightly in shade between batches from the manufacturer. Unless a specific Pantone match has been agreed in writing (we do not offer guaranteed Pantone matching as standard), colour is supplied on a "best reasonable match" basis and minor variation is not considered a fault or grounds for refund, reprint or return.
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible and full payment remains due. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for further details.
Our products are manufactured in a general print and production facility and are supplied for decorative and promotional purposes only. They are not produced, tested or certified for direct food or drink contact. Items such as cocktail stirrers, bottle hangers, gift tags and similar products may come into incidental contact with food or drink as part of their decorative use, but it is the sole responsibility of the customer to assess suitability, ensure safe use, and take any steps necessary (including supervision, cleaning, or restricting use) to make the product safe in their setting. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Promo Harbour accepts no liability for any illness, injury, contamination or loss arising from the use of our products in contact with food or drink, or from any use other than decoration. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
Where an order arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or with a genuine production defect, we reserve the right - at our sole discretion - to replace the affected items in full rather than issue a refund. Reprints will match the original specification and be produced as a priority. Claims must be raised in writing to sales@promoharbour.co.uk within 7 days of delivery, with clear photographs of the issue and, where relevant, the outer packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Once an order has left our facility it is in the hands of our third-party couriers (e.g. DPD, Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, Parcelforce). Delays caused by couriers, weather, strike action, customs, incorrect delivery addresses supplied by the customer, or any other factor outside our reasonable control are beyond our control and are not grounds for a refund of the order or delivery charge. That said, we will always do everything we reasonably can to help - including chasing the courier, opening an investigation, resending tracking information and, where appropriate, arranging a replacement or reprint once the carrier confirms the parcel is lost.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
