Lightweight aluminium bottles with a carabiner clip suit events, gyms, schools and giveaways where cost per unit matters most. Double walled insulated thermos bottles cost more but keep drinks hot or cold for hours, so they are the better choice for staff gifts and client thank-yous.
If your recipients will carry the bottle daily, spend the extra on insulated. If you are handing out hundreds at an event, aluminium wins.

Laser engraving explained
Metal bottles are laser engraved rather than printed. The laser removes the coating to reveal the metal beneath, giving a crisp permanent mark that cannot peel, scratch off or fade in a dishwasher.
Engraving is a single tone, so full colour logos are converted to a one-colour version. Bold shapes and clean type engrave beautifully; very fine hairlines and photographic detail do not.

Engraving area and placement
Because a bottle is curved, the usable engraving area is a panel on the body rather than a full wrap. Landscape logos sit better than tall portrait ones. We will position your artwork centrally on the panel unless you tell us otherwise.
Quantities, cost and lead times
Bottles are priced in quantity tiers, so the more you order the lower the unit cost. Engraving setup is included rather than charged separately.

Are personalised water bottles printed or engraved?
Metal bottles are laser engraved. The laser marks the surface permanently, so the branding will not peel or fade with washing, unlike a printed or vinyl label.
Can I have a full colour logo on a water bottle?
Laser engraving produces a single tone mark, so a colour logo is converted to one colour. We will show you exactly how it will look before production as part of the free file check.
Are the bottles dishwasher safe?
Hand washing is recommended for insulated bottles to protect the vacuum seal, but the engraved branding itself is unaffected by washing either way.
What quantity do I need to order?
Pricing is tiered by quantity with no large minimum, so both small staff gift runs and large event giveaways work.
