Personalised clothing printed in the UK.

Personalised clothing printed and embroidered in the UK: t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, caps, polos and workwear. Mixed sizes, no setup fee, same-day pricing.

Personalised clothing covers everything from a handful of printed t-shirts for a stall to a full embroidered uniform for a site team. This guide explains which garment suits which job, when to print and when to embroider, how mixed size ordering works and what artwork we need - all printed and pressed in the UK.

Which garment for which job?

Start from how the clothing will be worn rather than the price list. A merch stall or event crew needs t-shirts. A club or staff team that wears kit weekly through winter needs hoodies or sweatshirts. Anyone outdoors or on site needs a gilet, bodywarmer or high visibility vest.

Caps and polos sit in between: smart enough for customer-facing staff, cheap enough to hand out at events.

T-shirts - events, merch, crew, summer staff kit

Hoodies and sweatshirts - clubs, teams, winter staff kit

Caps and trucker caps - events, hospitality, outdoor teams

Gilets and bodywarmers - site, delivery and outdoor teams

Safety vests - visibility on site, marshals, contractors

Aprons - cafes, bakeries, market stalls, schools

Printing or embroidery?

Direct to film heat press prints full colour artwork, gradients and photographs with no screen setup charge, which makes it the right choice for detailed logos and small runs on t-shirts, hoodies and aprons.

Embroidery stitches the design into the fabric. It is the more durable, more premium finish on fleece, gilets, caps and structured outerwear, and it is what most people expect on uniform. Simple, solid artwork stitches best - very fine lettering has to be enlarged or simplified.

Each product page lists the methods available for that specific garment, so you never have to guess.

Ordering mixed sizes

Real orders are never all one size. On our clothing pages you enter a size breakdown - for example 2 x XL, 4 x L, 1 x S - and the price is worked out on your total quantity, so a mixed size team order still gets the volume price.

Sizing on unisex garments runs generous through the chest; if your group is mixed, order a size up on the smaller sizes.

Garment colour and artwork

Dark garments need artwork that works on a dark background - if your logo is a single dark colour, send a reversed white version too. Light garments are more forgiving and usually cheaper to brand.

Send artwork as a print-ready PDF or high resolution PNG. Our free file check tells you before you order whether the file will press cleanly at the size you want.

Colour on fabric will never match a backlit screen exactly, and there is natural variation between dye batches. We flag anything likely to shift noticeably before production.

Lead times, reorders and care

Because pressing and finishing happen in-house in the UK, top-ups and reorders are quick and we keep your approved artwork on file - adding a new starter does not mean starting again.

Wash printed clothing inside out at 30 degrees and avoid ironing over the print. Embroidered garments follow the standard care label.

Where can I get personalised clothing printed in the UK?

We print and embroider clothing in-house in the UK. Choose your garment, tell us the size breakdown and send your artwork, and we confirm a price and production route - usually the same working day.

Is there a minimum order for personalised clothing?

Pricing is tiered by quantity rather than gated behind a big minimum, so small team and club orders are welcome and larger runs get progressively cheaper per garment.

Can I order personalised clothing in different sizes?

Yes. Enter a breakdown such as 2 x XL, 4 x L, 1 x S. All sizes count towards the same total quantity, so mixed size orders still get the volume price.

Should I choose printed or embroidered clothing?

Print for detailed, multi-colour or photographic artwork and for small runs. Embroidery for uniform, fleece, caps and outerwear where durability and a premium stitched finish matter more.

How much does personalised clothing cost?

It depends on the garment, quantity, branding method and number of print positions. Send the item, quantity and deadline through the quote form and we will price it properly rather than guess.

Will my personalised clothing survive washing?

Yes. Wash printed garments inside out at 30 degrees and do not iron over the print. Embroidery follows the garment's own care label.
