Embroidery or print?

Embroidery is the standard for caps. Stitched thread survives sun, rain and repeated wear far better than anything applied to the surface, and it gives caps the finished look people expect from workwear and club kit.

Embroidery works in solid blocks of thread, so it cannot reproduce gradients, fine hairlines or photographs. Simplify complex logos down to their core shapes before they go on a cap.
